A small Caribbean island (12 miles wide and 21 miles long) Grenada is 1,623 miles southeast of Miami, 80 miles north of Trinidad and 160 miles southwest of Barbados. It lies outside of the Caribbean hurricane belt and benefits from direct flights from London, Frankfurt, New York, Miami, Toronto and many other regional hubs.
With virgin white sandy beaches and a verdant interior, Grenada has an unspoilt reputation and friendly and intelligent people. English speaking, Grenada has a stable government and well established system of law based upon English law.
Grenada is comparatively under-developed – there is an increasing demand for premium 5 star resort accommodation that far outstrips it supply and there prices are relatively low to neighbouring islands.
Potential for capital growth in property prices – the upward effect on property prices as a result of a Citizenship by Investment program has not yet taken effect in Grenada
